A delicious and versatile, premium quality olive oil from the PDO region of Trás-os-Montes in the Douro Valley, Northern Portugal. A unique blend from a selection of the finest indigenous olive varieties from this region – Verdeal, Madural & Cobrançosa. Azouro has a sweetness to its taste with notes of almonds, a medium peppery bite and an elegant lasting finish.
It has a balanced & harmonious flavour, with a fresh green fruity aroma and a precious golden green colour. Our eye-catching bottle design was developed to take in to account its place on the shops shelves, as much as in the cooks kitchen.
