Description
Beara Bitters classic bitters, useful as a stand in for classic bitters that are star anise forward, such as Angostura bitters, with a sweetness derived from fruit and French gentian rounding out the flavours.
Made with a base of organic apple brandy that are sourced from Highbank Distillery in Kilkenny. Upon this base, they build a flavour profile with whole herbs and spices. Beara Bitters spice infusions include lemon peel, orange peel, cloves, Raisins, Gentian, Cinchona Bark, Star Anise, Cassia, Wild Cherry bark, Allspice, Cocoa Husk and Vanilla
Beara Bitters’ unique and seasonal flavours are inspired by the rugged landscape and rich history pf the Beara Peninsula.
Infusions include
