This delicate handcrafted blend of our own nutty Einka berries (Einkorn wheat) and peppery french lentils yields a full bodied meal with endless possibilities. Toast dry blend in olive oil and cumin, add liquid (stock or water) and cook with roasted tomatoes.Top with fresh lemon juice, cilantro, and feta cheese. Or you can serve it cold: combine with chopped fresh kale, chard, or spinach, roasted red peppers, chickpeas, red onion, and toss with a lemon tahini dressing. Cooks in 25 minutes. 1 lb.
