This ‘Viking’ freshground coffee originates in Brazil & Colombia & has notes of citrus, chocolate & sugarcane. Use one generous dessert Spoon of coffee per cup that you plan to make in a cafetiere, home percolator or Aeropress. Hand roasted in Waterford.
A little smoke on the nose with a melon skin fruitiness, a sharpness and gentle nut characteristics on the palate.
