Drunken Goat comes from the Murcia region of Spain, which is famous for its Doble Pasta wine as well as its excellent goat’s milk. This fabulous cheese is flavored with a fruity and nutty, also with subtle note of caramel. It’s purple rind comes from bathing in red wine, which is also what gives the cheese a fruity flavor.
