Description
From the famous Beaujolais cellars of Cave du Château de Chénas, dating back to the 17th Century, in ‘the heart’ of black granite soil, comes this 100% Black Gamay Fleurie. Made in the traditional Beaujolais style by semi-carbonic vinification, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to keep the fresh fruit flavours. A light spicy nose with white pepper, followed by fresh red fruit and floral undertones. Silky tannins and a well-balanced palate. A wine that works really well chilled down in summer. Pair with grilled meat and chicken.
