White in color. A full-bodied flavor with whole chunks of rich-tasting, 120-day aged Wisconsin bleu cheese, soybean/canola oil, buttermilk, vinegar, egg yolks, and seasonings. Use on lettuce wedges, a chef’s salad, or as a vegetable dip.
