Each 120g sachet contains all of the sugar and spice you need for one bottle of red wine. Simply warm a bottle of red wine in a pan with this sachet. When the spices sink after 5-10 minutes you’re ready to go.

Use a heavier red wine such as Shiraz/Syrah, but also works brilliantly with cider.
