Use on toast, scones, bagles. Enjoy with cheese or cold meats. Irish Black Butter received two awards for cheese accompaniment at Nantwich International Cheese Awards 2019. Our black butter preserve is also great for marinading, glazing and the BBQ. Enjoy with apple pie or over ice cream. Irish Black Butter is also suitable for Vegan and Vegetarian. This black butter conserve was awarded Three Stars in the Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards 2019. The Dragons on BBC Dragons Den enjoyed our black butter conserve in series seventeen episode one first aired in August 2019
