Ingredients: Water, Lentils, Carrots, Onions, Olive Oil, Turnips, Celery, Tomato Paste (tomatoes, Naturally Derived Citric Acid), Rice Flour, Soybean Oil, Balsamic Vinegar (wine Vinegar, Grape Must), Garlic, Sea Salt, Spices, Paprika, Parsley.

Storage: Store at 30-38 Deg F. Heat to 165 Deg F as quickly as possible by placing pouches in a water bath (kept preferably around 180 -190 Deg F) or by pouring product into double boiler (stirring constantly to avoid scalding).
