Barilla Semolina Pasta is made from superior durum wheat; known to cook perfectly; holds shape and texture for more consistency and less waste; resists sticking, clumping and breaking. This shell-shaped cut is a great choice for American pasta salads and is also excellent with both refined and simple sauces. Traditional Italian dishes might include light tomato sauces with or without vegetables, dairy-based sauces and oil-based sauces.
