The Ponaire Connoisseur Blend Coffee undergoes fresh roasting in Newport Co. Tipperary. It’s crafted from a fusion of Arabica Mandheling beans sourced from Sumatra, Indonesia, along with Pacas and Bourbon varieties from Finca Altamira in El Salvador. Ponaire visited this Salvadoran farm back in 2015. This coffee offers a clean cup profile with minimal acidity marked by dark cherry notes and a delightful, sweet finish. Its consistently smooth texture is accented by subtle floral hints.
