Description
Located in the Abruzzo region, the green heart of Europe , the pasta factory Rustichella d’Abruzzo use the best ingredients to make traditional and special durum wheat pasta according to the old tradition. Dried at low temperatures for improved quality. For every 100g dried pasta, you need 1 litre of water. Boil the wter slowly. Add about 10g of salt. Stir with a wooden utensil and cook the pasta for the recommended 4-6 minutes . When ready add a cup of cold water and drain. Season to taste.
