Potato Gnocchi are part of traditional Abrruzzo cuisine and represent a typical sunday dish. Rustichella d’Abruzzo enhances this gourmet tradition by making in gnocchi using the same methods used in the home. The potatoes are carefully selected and the ingredients are processed and mixed in small quantities so the product always has the right consistency required by Abruzzo Tradition. The original recipe calls for the gnocchi to be enjoyed with minced mutton sauce but are equally delicious and tasty with: extra-virgin olive oil and peccorino(ewe’s milk) cheese or, for a more delicate alternative, with butter, sage and parmasan cheese.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place away from light and direct heat. Once opened, keep refrigerated for no longer than 3 days. Do not perforate the package.
