Open pan rhubarb jam with a hint of elderflower created by Sheridan’s Cheesemongers made in open pans in small batches by Tom & Laura Sinnott, New Ross, Co. Wexford, using Irish rhubarb from Malcolm Robertson in Adamstown and elderflower extract.
