Somerdale Wensleydale & Cranberries is free of artificial sweeteners and made with only natural ingredients. This cheese is also suitable for vegetarians as we use a microbial rennet that is not derived from animals. Wensleydale & Cranberries makes a wonderful dessert cheese when served with sweetened or ginger crackers. It’s also fantastic when crumbled over a salad. For pairing with your favorite tipple, try a glass of bubbly or a well-bodied Port. Fruity Ales would also be a good match.
