Description
Hand-crafted in our cidery which is nestled snugly in The Barony of Gaultier in East Waterford. This Cuvée is careful blend of organically grown traditional cider apples which are slowly and naturally fermented in 1000 litre tanks and aged for a minimum of six months before bottling.
Medium to medium dry on taste with fresh apple notes that are brought together with a bitter-sweet finish. This cider is an ideal and flexible accompaniment to a variety of foods and savoury dishes.
Our unfiltered cider is crafted from natural ingredients.
