Our 18 Year Traditional Balsamic has the perfect balance and structure of sweet and sour, notes of prune and caramel with a creamy texture. Exceedingly rich, complex and dense our aged balsamic is a premium example of a high quality balsamic condimento that pairs well with almost every olive oil in our collection. Use for vinaigrettes, glazes, marinades, bread dipping, drizzling over fruit, vegetables or to marinate meat and poultry.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 – 34 oz. (qt.) jar Kitchen Kettle Corn Relish
  • 2 Cups dried black beans
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Basin Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
