As farmers and foodies, Ballyhubbock Farm are passionate to produce and promote real, farm-fresh, Irish food to as many as possible.
Sheep’s Milk is both highly nutritious and delicious and suitable for those with digestive intolerance to cow’s milk. Their flock are grass-fed for extra goodness.
Their small batch cheese is handcrafted in a similar style to traditional Mediterranean Halloumi Cheese on their family farm in the Glen-of-Imaal nestled in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains using only Sheep’s Milk from their own milking flock.
