Ballymaloe have been making mayonnaise at Ballymaloe House for a few generations and one thing they do know is that quality ingredients, in the right amounts are key to the perfect mayo. Ballymaloe Mayo is made in small batches using Irish free range eggs and a blend of oils and seasoning, making sure that the traditional recipe is respected. They think that this is what gives it a really good consistency and a rich flavour; just right for any sandwich.

Storage
Once opened use within 2 months. When not in use, replace lid and store in the refrigerator.
