My beef stock is made from the bones of award winning Quail’s Fine Foods’ own herd of grass fed cattle, which are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics. I smother the bones in tomato paste, roast them slowly until they caramelise and then add filtered Irish water and simmer for several hours along with organic vegetables and fresh herbs to produce a natural, healthy stock which is chock full of flavour. Storage
As this is a natural product, separation is normal. Shake well before use.
Consume before Use By date or can be froze for up to three months.
Once opened, consume within two days. Refrigerate immediately.
