Description
We have created the ultimate in versatility, taste and nutrition with our new cottage broth. We take free range pork, chicken and turkey bones, roast them until they are crispy and completely caramelised and then add all our organic veggies and herbs and slowly simmer for 24 hours.
The result is a collagen rich (14g per pouch) broth that can be used for so many different types of dishes. It can also be used to sip on or as a great broth for soups, stews or as a braising liquid for rice or vegetables.
