Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
4 cups cold water
1 (28oz) can pureed tomatoes
1 cup cream or half & half
1 package Creamy Tomato Basil Soup Mix

In a saucepan, combine soup mix and cold water, stir. Simmer on very low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring often. Add in pureed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes more. Add cream or half and half and heat through, about 5 more minutes, without bringing to a boil.
