At Goats Bridge Rainbow Trout farm, trout is our passion. Our knowledge and experience in of farming trout has been passed down through three generations. Each catch comes daily from the crystal clearwaters of the Little Arrigle River, giving our trout a unique taste and texture. We love trout and we know if you give it a try you will too. A smooth and creamy pate, made with BBQ trout and blended with cream chesse, mayonaisse and lemon juice.

Storage
Keep refrigerated between 0-4 degrees until ready to use. Refridgerate after opening and use within two days of opening, not suitable for home freezing
