This aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is porduced in Italy in accordance with the strict mandates of IGP classification. Matured in oak barrels and characterised by a harmonious sweet and sour taste. it has a high density of 1.33g/ml. Perfect with mature cheeses, meat, fish and grilled vegetables.
