Sticky, Sweet & Savoury Honey Soy & Garlic
What you’ll need
- 600g Chicken, Beef, Pork or your choice of Seafood
- 1 bunch Chinese Green Vegetables – Chinese Broccoli, Bok Choy
- 1 cup Vegetables – Snow Peas, Sliced Carrots
- 2 cups Jasmine rice or Egg Noodles
Cooking Instructions
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
- Add your choice of sliced meat or seafood and cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
- Reduce heat to low and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
- Serve with steamed jasmine rice or egg noodles.
