This is one of our most versatile relishes. Delicious served with char-grilled tuna or stirred into meatloaf, ham, green beans and stir fry. Or simply add to cream cheese for a quick and easy Vegetable Dip.

DESCRIPTION

A favorite Kitchen Kettle dip that can usually be found in the Jam & Relish Kitchen for sampling. Relish & cream cheese – it doesn’t get much easier than this.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 – 8 oz. (1/2 pt.) jar Pepper Relish or Hot Pepper Relish
• 3 – 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cream cheese and relish. Serve as dip or spread. Spread on sliced ham or turkey, roll and secure with toothpick.
This can also be made by substituting 1 Cup sour cream and 1/2 Cup mayonnaise for the cream cheese.
