This is a fresh smooth goats cheese with a smooth white colour throughout and a light whipped texture. The flavour should be cool and fresh, lemony with light floral undertones. This cheese is ideal for those who want a fresh cheese for cooking as it great for blending and using in lots of recipes both savoury and sweet. St Tola Divine is made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
