My vegetables are locally grown at White Oaks Organic Farm & Rehabilitation Centre in Donegal. This stock is so versatile, it can be used to flavour both meat and vegetarian meals. Carol Banahan

Storage
As this is a natural product, separation is normal. Shake well before use.
Consume before Use By date or can be froze for up to three months.
Once opened, consume within two days. Refrigerate immediately.
