Description
A very versatile jelly for all seasons. A must for BBQs. Piquant Chilli Jelly, with its subtle undertones of ginger and garlic, enhances but does not overpower foods. Superb with roast lamb, gammon or pork, it is also especially nice with chicken dishes. For total indulgence, drop a spoon of Chilli Jelly on a cracker with cream cheese. Grill some salmon or pork with a dollop on top. Use as a dipping sauce for prawns or serve on the side with brie and pâté. Just add one tablespoon of jelly per two tablespoons of water. Mix a little through some sausage meat and roll up some sausage rolls from puff pastry. Just gorgeous.
