A sweet & sticky Japanese classic. Just add meat or vegetables.
Perfectly sweet yet savoury Teriyaki Chicken, irresistibly tasty.
What you’ll need
- 600g sliced Chicken (thigh meat is the best)
- 1 cup sliced Vegetables (we recommend Carrot, Onion & Bell Pepper)
Cooking Instructions
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
- Add sliced chicken & cook on high until cooked then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
- Reduce heat to low & stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately on a bed of steamed rice.
Our Tip
Use as a basting sauce for Chicken, Beef, Pork, Seafood or tofu. Cook on a barbeque or grill & serve with sticky rice, salad and Japanese pickles.
