Our winning combo Thai Basil & Sweet Chilli Chicken
What you’ll need
- 600g sliced Chicken, Beef or Seafood
- 1 cup mixed Vegetable – wedges of Carrots, Onion, Green Beans
- 2 cups of steamed Jasmine Rice
Cooking Instructions
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
- Add your choice of meat, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
- Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
- Serve on a bed of steamed Jasmine Rice.
Our Tip
Replace meat with cubes of firm Tofu and toss thru your choice of Asian greens. Delicious!
